“Pocket Garden Paradise”
This home was originally a guesthouse that was annexed into its own property. The owners wanted to take maximum advantage of their small outdoor space and add a spa to an otherwise blank slate. The wood deck extends seamlessly from the home to the property line, allowing an 8’ x 8’ spa to appear naturally in the compact space. Horizontal Ipe makes the fences feel more like outdoor walls in what is essentially an outdoor living room, seamlessly integrated with the interior.
