“A clearing in the tropics”
This property was planned in close collaboration with the architect to maximize the garden space while creating a distinct owners wing separate from the guests - but without compromising a garden view from every room in the house. An L shaped footprint tucked into the corner was the result. The pool tied the two spaces together while maintaining the long garden views beyond. A classic Florida Keys getaway, this property features native oolite stone, an outdoor shower and hammocks tucked between perfect leaning Coconut Palms in a grassy glade.
