“Water, Water Everywhere”
This Old Town garden was transformed to be a lush escape from the every day. An underused shed was removed and replaced with an upper level shelf-pool that waterfalls into the existing lower, sunken pool. The effect is a larger pool that animates the entire space, making it appear twice as long. Dense tropical planting around the edges is practical for privacy and a visual treat. All of the mechanical equipment was consolidated and hidden behind a fountain wall. The white noise is now the focus. A nook on the end of the wall completes the experience with an outdoor shower.
