“Celebrating the long view”
This small garden with big impact was designed with simplicity in mind. Each space was made to feel larger by taking advantage of long, straight site-lines across the property. A pop of color and interest anchors each end of a long Ipe walkway, drawing your attention throughout the linear space. At one end sits a bold red wall and stone fountain element which backstops a sculptural Rain Tree tree. At the other, an inviting pool and dramatic corten steel panels are the first thing you see when entering the garden through pronounced aluminum gates. Light filters through the plants and plays in the shadows; this garden is enjoyable by day and by night.
